Sat. June 8: Chasing Blue Bluegrass Band Closes Out the Season at The Blue Moon Coffeehouse, Rockland

On Saturday, June 8th, the Blue Moon Coffeehouse in Rockland closes its season of music with the exciting young, bluegrass band, Chasing Blue.  Chasing Blue plays a mix of traditional and original bluegrass material with unique arrangements and hard driving style.  They have played at some of the most prestigious music festivals and venues in the US, including Club Passim, The Joe Val Bluegrass Festival, the Greyfox Bluegrass Festival, the Podunk Bluegrass Festival, Laurie Blue Bluegrass Festival, Berklee’s  International Folk Festival, The Music Barn, and a Sponsered Showcase at the International Bluegrass Music Awards.  Between sets by Chasing Blue, there will be an open mic.  Tickets are $7 at the door, children 12 and under are free.  The show starts at 7:30 p.m.  The address is Channing Unitarian Universalist Church, 45 Webster St. Rockland.   For more info, visit
