Brenda Kelly does it again Clay Brown and The Butchtones at the Banner

Clay and the Butchtones are a real, old school, rock outfit with talent to spare. Clay Brown, guitar and vocals. Todd Clark, guitar. Matt Lynch, bass. Mike “Butchie” Lebeau, drums make up this band of seasoned rockers. Great blues musicians with a ton of enthusiasm and a killer song list makes for a great night out in Rockland. Clay Brown is an unassuming master of the strat with deep, rich vocals, mean guitar and stellar bandmates.  The Butchtones did the best cover of The Doors hit, Soul Kitchen, that i have ever seen. Amazing sound that is clean, crisp and tight and sure to please the local music connoisseurs in the area.  Catch the great Clay Brown and the Butchtones at the Banner again on Friday, Dec. 4 and Sat., Dec.19.  Free Free Free Admission!

Don’t forget the Banner Irish Pub was  voted number one in Seafood, number one in Chicken Fingers and number one in Pizza in various contests through the years. It has been over ten years since the closing of the Hotel Thomas, don’t you think it’s time to give the NEw place a try?
