Haverstraw, NY – Haverstraw Town Police Officer Emmanuel Reyes was officially promoted to the rank of Detective in a ceremony attended by family, colleagues, and members of the community. Haverstraw Town Supervisor Howard Phillips and the Town Board hosted the event, which included the formal swearing-in of Reyes by Town of Haverstraw Police Chief John Gould Jr.
