Haverstraw, NY – Ghosts, goblins, and giggles will fill the air as North Rockland families gather for the 2025 Town of Haverstraw Halloween Festival at Bowline Point Park on Saturday, October 25, from 12 noon to 4 p.m. The annual event promises a frightfully fun afternoon packed with spooky surprises, sweet treats, and festive activities for the community’s youngest residents.
Children 12 and under are invited to come in costume and enjoy a full lineup of Halloween fun, including a haunted house, a haunted hayride, and a creepy costume contest with prizes for the most creative and spooky outfits. The park will be buzzing with music, inflatable rides, and delicious eats, and children will receive goody bags filled with Halloween treats.
The festival is open exclusively to North Rockland residents, and all children must be accompanied by an adult. In the event of rain, the festivities will be held on Sunday, October 26, from 12 noon to 4 p.m.
