WHITE PLAINS, NY – Empire State Development (ESD) and the New York State Department of Labor (NYSDOL) have co-hosted two stops of the Small Business Summer Series Tour. The first session took place on June 17 in the City of White Plains, in partnership with the Business Council of Westchester. The second stop in the Mid-Hudson region was held in the City of Poughkeepsie in July, in collaboration with Think Dutchess Alliance for Business.
The NYSDOL and ESD’s 2024 Interagency Small Business Tour aims to provide crucial information to small business owners on licensing, regulations, taxes, grants, training, and more. Organized in partnership with local Chambers of Commerce, this tour underscores New York State’s commitment to bolstering small businesses that play a vital role in their local economies.
These events offer invaluable resources and guidance, helping small businesses navigate the complexities of operating within New York State and ensuring their continued success and growth.
