Supervisor Michael Specht, Deputy Supervisor Brendel Logan-Charles, and Councilman Michael Rossman attended the Ramapo Police Youth Academy – Class #45, graduation. The students, from East Ramapo Central School District and Suffern Central School District, completed the 9-week program, which included physical agility training, use of force training, taser deployment, a visit with a medical examiner, lockdown training, stop the bleeding training, and crash investigation training. It is exciting to see so many young people interested in law enforcement. Supervisor Michael Specht thanks the Ramapo Police Department, and all of our police that are involved in this amazing program.
