BridgeMusik Restart Rockland Arts Festival to kick off May 1st

BridgeMusik’s Restart Rockland Arts Festival, a series of free outdoor concerts, will begin on May 1st. Concerts will be held at the Dewint House, located at Livingston and Oak Tree Road in Tappan.
