Town of Clarkstown Supervisor George Hoehmann presented a certificate to Seraphim Wood and the Rockland Rotary Means Business Fellowship in recognition of their efforts in “encouraging economic growth” and other acts of philanthropy and service within the Town of Clarkstown.
