The Hatian Cultural Heritage Preservation organization held its yearly Hatian Flag Day Celebration on Sunday, May 21st. The day’s activities included a Parade of Unity, in which Supervisor Specht, Senator Bill Weber, and Congressman Mike Lawler were honored to participate. The community gathered in the Village of Spring Valley to mark this important occasion.
