Town of Clarkstown

Last weekend, the Town of Clarkstown dedicated the West Nyack Hamlet Green and Firefighter Memorial Park. The new plaques and statues commemorate fallen firefighters, Thomas Foley FDNY, Daniel Foley FDNY; and Ken Matero West Nyack Fire Department, who all gave their lives as a result of their service. All residents are welcome to visit.

Today, Supervisor Hoehmann met with the new Executive Director of Keep Rockland Beautiful Marissa Marrone. Congratulations to Marissa in her new role and also former Executive Director Sonia Cairo for her many years of work with this great organization.Learn more about KRB here.

This week, Supervisor George Hoehmann and the other four Town Supervisors participated in the second annual Town Supervisor Forum hosted by Dominican University New York Palisades Institute. Great job by Sister Kathleen for coordinating.
