The 12u and 14u girls of South Orangetown Little League have become New York State Little League Champions. Both teams won Sections, Districts and as of this morning, Friday, July 16th – they won the state championship. Congratulations ladies!

The Town of Orangetown Parks & Recreation Department will present the movie Beauty and the Beast on July 14th in Veterans Memorial Park, as part of its weekly family movie series. The movie will show at Pre-registration is required. To register or for more information, click here.

The Orangetown Police Department welcomes its newest officers: Police Officer Anthony Danielewski, Police Officer Savannah Dooley, Police Officer Dervin Chery and Police Officer Jason Velez.

The Orangetown Police Department wants to remind everyone of the dangers of leaving a young child unattended in a vehicle. With the high temperatures we are expecting this summer, please be vigilant. A hot car can become deadly in just 10 minutes. Be safe and check your back seat.
