West Nyack, NY — Step back in time and experience history firsthand at the American Revolution Celebration on April 26, 2025, at the Historic Traphagen Property, located at 131 Germonds Road.
This free, family-friendly event commemorates the 250th anniversary of the Revolutionary War with engaging activities for all ages. Attendees can enjoy a blacksmith demonstration, try their hand at candle making, witness historical re-enactments, and take guided tours of the historic house.
Colonial Campout – By Registration Only
For a truly immersive experience, families can participate in the Colonial Campout from April 26 to April 27. After the day’s festivities, campers can pitch their tents, enjoy a family BBQ, roast marshmallows around the fire pit, and spend a memorable night under the stars.
