The Town of Clarkstown is proud to announce the annual Memorial Day Essay Scholarship Contest presented by Anchor Trading. High School seniors are asked to write an essay describing “What Does Memorial Day Mean to You?” The award is a $5,000 scholarship and the winner will be announced at the annual Carry The Load Congers Rally to be held on May 2, 2022.
