Congratulations to Clarkstown’s three newest Police Officers who graduated from the Rockland County Police Academy today. Robert Blumenfeld, Joseph V. Caldara and Jefferson A. Pilco-Tenezaca completed six months in the police academy and will now begin intensive training. Chief Wanamaker , Captain Cummings, and Supervisor Hoehmann were all present to congratulate them.
