New City, NY – Ed Day, Rockland County Executive today received the endorsement of the Local Union 363, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. The union is comprised of nearly 3,000 members employed in electrical construction, telephone, maintenance, public works, utility, manufacturing, publishing, and distribution throughout the Hudson Valley.
In making the endorsement, Union Business Manager, Sam Fratto said, “We understand and appreciate your commitment to our community and feel that you are the type of person who will make the difficult decisions that come with the position in a fair but firm manner.”

Ed Day is seeking his third term as Rockland County Executive. During his tenure he has turned an inherited $138 million deficit into a $90 million surplus, created the Rockland Center for Codes Investigations, and led Rockland through the COVID-19 pandemic through his “Safety First, People Always” initiative.
