Clarkstown, NY – Bring your furry friends to the Town of Clarkstown’s annual Halloween K-9 Costume Contest at Congers Lake Memorial Park! Dogs of all sizes are invited to compete in three costume categories: Scariest, Most Original, and Cutest. Winners will be selected in each category for dogs under 25 pounds and dogs over 25 pounds.
On-site dog license registration will also be available during the event.
