The Town of Haverstraw Police Department is now providing a “Meet Up Spot” located in the front parking lot of the Town of Haverstraw Police Department. The “Meet Up Spot” was created to assist residents that are either buying or selling items from online or mobile marketplaces by providing a safe location for the transaction to occur. The “Meet Up Spot” is under 24 hour recorded video surveillance and is meant to deter individuals who use these online platforms to scam or victimize our residents.
