The Town of Haverstraw’s Annual Halloween Festival will be held this Saturday at Bowline Point Park from 12-4.
This festival is open to North Rockland children ages 12 and under and must be accompanied by an adult. Please check out our flyer for the enjoyable activities that are scheduled for that day.
Costume contest will begin at 1 pm.
