Hudson Valley Restaurant Week is twice a year in the spring and fall to boost business during traditionally slower periods. Spring 2021 Hudson Valley Restaurant Week will be held May 10-23 2021. During Restaurant Week, participating restaurants offer either a three-course, prix fixe dinner menu for $35.95 per person (plus tax, beverage and gratuity), a three-course lunch menu for $25.95 per person (plus tax, beverage and gratuity), or both. Participants also have the option offer their regular menus as the prix fixe. Restaurants feature local Hudson Valley products on the menu and offer assistance in sourcing products and ingredients. The prix fixe menus can also be offered for takeout and there is a new outdoor seating option to explore. Each restaurants’ listing on the website will include what they’re offering (lunch and/or dinner), what days they’re offering the menu, and if the menu is available for takeout as well.
