Hunger’s 5K Heroes Walk/Run will be held in person and virtually on Saturday, May 14th.
Please consider running in Supervisor Teresa M. Kenny’s Live or Virtual 5K, which will be held on Saturday, May 14, 2022. At her live race, CDC guidelines will be in effect. Your entry fee includes a t-shirt (if registered by May 1, 2022) and 100% of the net proceeds will be donated to local food pantries in the Orangetown area.
Sponsorships are available for the race. They are as follows:
$ 500: Starting Line, Finishing Line, Race Bibs and Food Truck (each)$ 250: Mile Marker 1, Mile Marker 2 and Mile Marker 3 (each)$ 100: T-Shirt
All major sponsors will be listed on the race website, as well as the souvenir t-shirts that runners will receive.

Packet pick-up will take place at Town Hall, 26 Orangeburg Road, Orangeburg, NY, on Friday, May 13, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and in Depot Square from 8:30 AM to 9:45 AM.
Last year, Supervisor Teresa M. Kenny was able to disburse funds to 5 local food pantries: The Nyack Center, Soup Angels of Nyack, Rockland County Pride Center, People to People and the South Orangetown School District Food Pantry.
