Governing philosophy
I DO NOT believe that political affiliation defines us at the community level.
I DO believe our success is in how we work together to solve a problem and will bring that back to the Board, if elected.
I DO believe that to be a successful Trustee, one must be active and accessible at the community level.
I DO believe that information should be available to the community which is why I volunteered to design, develop and continue to maintain the Village website.
I DO believe awareness and support for our community and businesses will help to ensure a safe and prosperous Village.
I DO believe in Sloatsburg.
Main focus of your term, if elected
I am running to keep Sloatsburg united – our government, schools, businesses and local family needs. In my various roles, I am in contact with many people and organizations which allows me to have insight across the board.
I am a strong advocate for keeping Sloatsburg fiscally conservative which we have been for many years. However, I am open to supporting needed improvements (such as Brook Street Park) for safety and beautification reasons.
I am a supporter of open communication and will work with the Board to ensure our community is up-to-date on activities, issues and wins.
I am also a strong believer in traditions of which Sloatsburg has many. I have, and will continue to advocate and help with these traditions ensuring that our community has the benefit of participating in them.
