Clarkstown, NY — Spring has arrived, and with it comes the opportunity to Keep Rockland Beautiful. Residents are encouraged to join the Great American Cleanups, a county-wide initiative inviting volunteers to help beautify local streets, parks, and neighborhoods.
Thousands of volunteers will be heading out across Clarkstown and Rockland County this season. Participants can choose to clean up individually, with friends and family, or by joining a Community Cleanup Event scheduled in their area — a great way to connect with neighbors while making a visible difference.
All cleanup supplies are provided, and the events are designed to be safe, effective, and family-friendly. Many sites are suitable for children, and volunteers can even earn community service hours.
