Last week, Clarkstown Supervisor George Hoehmann, and Council members Borelli and Graziano joined the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) Metro-North President Catherine Rinaldi, and other elected officials to reveal the newly renovated platform shelter at the Nanuet Train Station.
The new shelter was dedicated in memory of longtime Clarkstown resident, Orrin Getz, former Vice Chair of the Metro-North Commuter Council for his years of advocacy on behalf of Metro-North riders.
