PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Upper Nyack will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 16th, 2023 at 7:15 pm or as soon as practical thereafter, at the Old Stone Meeting House, 347 North Broadway, Upper Nyack, NY to consider proposed Local Law #4 of 2023 a Local Law repealing and replacing Village of Upper Nyack Local Law #7 of 2022.
Members of the public may attend the meeting in person or online via Zoom video conference. Participants attending in person and online will have the ability to view the meeting live and ask questions or make comments. Please visit the Village’s website for the meeting link and registration information to access the meeting online.
