You are invited to a public presentation given by the Hudson Park Group to hear their plans for the Letchworth Property.
On the ballot in November, Stony Point voters will be asked to authorize the town to sell a portion of the Letchworth property to Hudson Park Group. Plans include 55+ senior housing, assisted living and townhomes, renovation of the Kirkbride building for use by our Justice Court, and a new community center for our residents.
