Governing philosophy

Government should be for the protection of the interests of the community:
this is achieved through working collaboratively, conducting periodic
needs assessments, working towards greater transparency, and being
present in the Ward that you're elected to represent. Without presence and
clear and active communication there is little point in being elected.

Main focus of your term, if elected

Housing is an issue that affects everyone: whether it's young families who
are struggling to find the perfect home to remain in the community they love,
or older people who would love to downsize but want to do so economically
and prudently. Housing is an issue that affects us all, and should be the
priority of the Clarkstown Town Board.
