Rockland County, NY – The Stony Point Seals are once again rallying the community to support four Rockland families in need of medical assistance.
This year’s group of recipients include Alex Padilla, a 14-year-old New City resident recovering from a severe accident involving a truck while riding his bike last year; six-year-old Elizabeth Rojas, who was diagnosed with Trisomy 18, as well as other ailments; Noelle Moriarty, 1 year old, diagnosed with short bowel syndrome and Jade Diaz, 6, who has Down Syndrome, kidney disease and other medical conditions.
The kickoff event for this year’s Plunge will be on Sunday, January 26, 2025, beginning at 12 noon at Fireside Restaurant, 84, North Liberty Dr, Stony Point.
Guest Bartenders for the event will be Clarkstown Town Supervisor George Hoehmann & Clarkstown Town Clerk Lauren Marie Wohl (2:00 PM – 3:00 PM).
The Plunge will take place on Sunday, February 9, 2025 from 10am -2 pm at the Grassy Point Seawall in Stony Point.
The Stony Point Seals have long been known for their dedication to helping families facing medical challenges, and this year’s effort continues that mission.
