Stony Point, NY – When the annual Stony Point Day Camp program registration launched on May 1st, it filled up in a record 5 hours. But there is still availability at the Summer Playground Program.
Stony Point offers a spectacular opportunity for children to enjoy their vacation while engaging in a variety of fun and educational activities. The town’s Summer Playground Program is scheduled to run from July 1 to August 9, 2024, at Charles C. Eccher Park.
Designed to create unforgettable experiences, the program invites children to make new friends and explore a range of activities. The lineup includes arts and crafts, outdoor games, and music sessions, ensuring that every day is packed with excitement and learning opportunities. Special treats like an ice cream truck visiting every Tuesday and the option to order lunch on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays add to the fun, along with a splash pad to beat the summer heat.
The program also promises surprise guests, adding an element of excitement to the summer experience. With a weekly fee of $100, parents can register their children online starting Wednesday, May 1, 2024. Registation is limited to 60 children per week, a number which resets each week based upon capacity. Registants can apply online here.
