Happy Milestone Birthday!  Earlier this week, Raymond Botto and Iris Quinones from New City II Senior Club, turned 97! Clarkstown Supervisor George Hoehmann joined the club for a birthday celebration and presented both with a certificate. Happy Birthday, Ray and Iris!!
