Cannabis Business Opportunities in New York

This workshop is co-hosted by Career Cannabis Institute Online and Rockland Community College. It will showcase the full scope, “from seed to sale”, of business and career opportunities in the expanding New York Cannabis industry. It features over 15 panelists, including Grant Valentine, Consultant for New York State Cannabis Association of Minorities & Women Professionals and Michelle Wolcott-Mattice, Board Member of the Hemp Industries Association New York Chapter. The event will open with words from Michael A. Baston, President, Rockland Community College, and is being moderated by Bob Calkin, President/Founder Cannabis Career Institute / VP Human Resources Jet Room Dispensary/MJRx Inc. The goal of the workshop is to provide information, expertise, and networking opportunities for anyone interested in a career in the NY cannabis industry. There will be a special focus on social equity opportunities.
