A North Carolina man was sentenced to 20 years in prison for a fatal shooting in Nyack. 35-year-old Jason Jabouin had pleaded guilty to manslaughter earlier this year. He shot Ryan Franklin of West Haverstraw on Midland Avenue in May 2020, following a confrontation.
