In November 2020, Upper Nyack launched a clean energy program for residents and small businesses, Rockland Community Power. Sixteen months later, the program has delivered over $3 million in cost savings to six Rockland communities, including Clarkstown, Orangetown, three Nyack villages, and the Village of Haverstraw. This program will renew in the fall.
