In February, the District Attorney’s Office announced the arrest of a Congers resident and the seizure of five kilos of cocaine in a joint operation with the DEA.
Rockland County District Attorney Walsh expressed his commitment to battling the spread of narcotics and his dedication to collaboration with state and federal partners to pursue and prosecute those involved in drug trafficking.
It’s important to note that a criminal complaint is an accusation, and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
