Prices ranged from $25 for antique guns to $250 for assault rifles.
The breakdown of weapons was as follows:
- 4 Assault Rifles

- 32 Rifles and Shotguns
- 2 Antique or non-working guns
Individuals also turned in several swords, and other edged weapons.
Sheriff Falco stated in a follow-up press release:
” Gun violence continues to create a threat to public safety for the residents of Rockland County and our State,” said Sheriff Falco. “Last evening, working with our partners in Spring Valley and the State Police, along with the DA’s Office, we removed 67 firearms from our streets, guns that could have potentially been used in criminal and other violent acts. I will continue to partner with all of Rockland County law enforcement in our continuing efforts to keep the people of our County safe.”
