Nanuet, NY – On October 26, Paw Pals at 35 Smith St. hosted the annual “Puptoberfest – Halloween Pawty” in partnership with Heaven Can Wait, bringing together the community and their canine companions for an afternoon of festive fun. The event ran from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., featuring food, live music, and beer for attendees, along with a range of activities tailored for both pets and owners.
One of the event’s highlights was the dog costume contest, which saw pups dressed in their Halloween best, competing for top prizes. Town Clerk Lauren Marie Wohl also joined the festivities, offering on-site dog licensing for residents. Attendees who brought their dog’s current rabies vaccination information had the opportunity to register their pets right at the event.
The day was a great success, filled with energy, laughter, and wagging tails, making it a memorable event for the Nanuet community.
