Suffern, NY — Big Brothers Big Sisters of Rockland County is inviting the community to a night of celebration, generosity, and reflection as it marks 42 years of mentorship and support for local youth. The “Aged to Perfection” gala promises an evening of elegance and entertainment at the Crowne Plaza Suffern-Mahwah on Saturday, October 4, 2025, from 6:00 to 10:00 p.m.
This milestone event is more than just a party—it’s a tribute to over four decades of service dedicated to changing the lives of children and families across Rockland County. Attendees can expect a vibrant atmosphere with dinner, dancing, drinks, and raffles, all designed to raise funds for two vital local nonprofits: Big Brothers Big Sisters of Rockland County and the Rockland Youth Empowerment Center.
“Our mission has always been to inspire, guide, and support the young people in our community,” said a spokesperson for Big Brothers Big Sisters. “Forty-two years of service is an incredible achievement, and this event is a way for us to not only celebrate but also continue to grow the impact we have together.”
The evening’s venue, the Crowne Plaza in Suffern, will host guests in a setting designed to reflect both the legacy and future of the organizations. With individual tickets priced at $225 and couples tickets at $400, the event provides an opportunity for supporters to come together in a meaningful way. Proceeds will go directly toward youth mentorship programs, educational initiatives, and family support services offered by both nonprofits.
Sponsorship opportunities are also available, offering individuals and businesses a chance to contribute to the community while gaining visibility at a signature county event.
Tickets and sponsorships can be secured at Aged to Perfection: Celebrating 42 Years by Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Rockland County.
As Big Brothers Big Sisters of Rockland continues its vital work into a fifth decade, the gala promises to be more than a celebration—it’s a recommitment to the power of mentorship, community, and shared responsibility.
