Clarkstown, NY – Get ready to dress up your furry friend and join the Town of Clarkstown for its annual Halloween K-9 Costume Contest! Dogs of all sizes are welcome to compete in three fun categories: Scariest, Most Original, and Cutest. Prizes will be awarded for both small dogs (under 25 pounds) and larger dogs (over 25 pounds) in each category. Dog license registration will also be available on-site.
