Stony Point, NY – Farley Elementary School is calling on professionals from all fields to participate in its upcoming Career Day event on May 30th, providing a unique opportunity to inspire and educate students about various career paths.
The school is inviting enthusiastic volunteers to spend time with students, sharing their expertise and insights into their careers. Whether you’re an entrepreneur, engineer, doctor, artist, or in any other profession, your experiences could make a significant impact on young minds exploring their future possibilities.
“Career Day is a fantastic way to expose students to a wide range of professions, showing them the many paths they can take and inspiring them to dream big,” said Tiana Quattrucci, the event organizer. “We encourage anyone passionate about their career to come and share their journey, answer questions, and potentially spark a new interest in a student.”
The event will take place at Farley Elementary School with two available time slots: 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Volunteers will have the chance to interact directly with students, discuss their career paths, and provide valuable advice for those beginning to think about their future careers.
If you’re interested in volunteering for Career Day or know someone who would be a great fit, please contact Tiana Quattrucci at tquattrucci@northrockland.org.
