ORANGEBURG, NY – This fall, the spirit of the original Woodstock concert will return with Goodstock 2024, a star-studded musical event celebrating the 55th anniversary of the iconic 1969 festival held on Max Yasgur’s farm. Organized by renowned musicians Neil Berg, Johnny Markowski, and Joe D’Urso, Goodstock promises to bring together some of the finest talents in the industry while supporting a great cause.
Goodstock 2024 will be held at the Gaelic Athletic Association (G.A.A.) in Rockland County, with both indoor and outdoor accommodations under a pavilion roof. This ensures that concertgoers can enjoy the music rain or shine. The event will benefit People to People, Rockland County’s largest food bank, with proceeds supporting their mission to alleviate hunger in the community.
This year’s concert is also dedicated to the memory of Tim O’Donohue, a beloved member of the Goodstock family, who passed away recently. Tim had been a part of Goodstock since its inception at The Turning Point in Piermont, and his legacy will be honored at this special event.
The Goodstock 2024 lineup features an impressive list of performers, including Rita Harvey, Joanne Lediger, Tom Chapin, Joe D’Urso, Johnny Markowski, Anika Larsen, David Frye, Dylan Kelehan, Danny Zolli, Gary Solomon, Adam Falcon, Jerry Scaringe, Julie & Sammy Quinn, Tommy Dunn & Jan Lynch, Alice Leon, and many more talents to be announced. These musicians will take the stage for a memorable day of live music, camaraderie, and reflection.
Leading the All-Star Band is Neil Berg, who will be joined by talented musicians Ken Harten, Scott Petry, Johnny Marksowski, Freddie Maxwell, Kenny Brooks, and Andrew Hofstetter, guaranteeing an unforgettable musical experience for attendees.
