Haverstraw, NY – Quentin Collins, a resident of the Town of Haverstraw, has officially achieved the rank of Eagle Scout. The Eagle Scout rank is the highest honor in the Boy Scouts of America, and Collins’s achievement is a testament to his commitment to leadership, service, and his community.
Collins was recognized with a ceremony at the Haverstraw Town Hall by Town of Haverstraw Supervisor Howard Phillips, as well as Village of Suffern Mayor Michael Curley, who expressed appreciation to Collins for his contribution to the Village of Suffern.
