STONY POINT, N.Y., Jan. 11, 2022 – Jersey Mike’s Subs, known for its fresh sliced/fresh grilled subs, will open at 22 Holt Drive in Stony Point on January 12.
Franchise owners Greg Gillmann, Alyssa Law and Joe O’Brien will hold a grand opening and fundraiser from Wednesday, January 12 to Friday, January 14 to support North Rockland Central School District. Customers with a special fundraising coupon can make a minimum $3 contribution to North Rockland Central School District in exchange for a regular sub. Customers must have a coupon to be eligible.
“Jersey Mike’s is about family, a great fresh product and giving back to the community,” said Law. “Our father, Glenn Gillmann, played football in high school with our founder and CEO Peter Cancro. They were teammates. Since then, Peter has shown our family the importance of being a team player and making a difference in the community which is what we plan to do in Stony Point. My brother Greg and I both went to school and received teaching degrees so giving back to the schools is extremely important to us. All three franchisees grew up in the same town down at the Jersey shore. For this grand opening, we are helping to raise funds for North Rockland Central School District. Everyone has been so welcoming to us, and we’ve already had a lot of people coming by to find out when we’re opening. We are ready and excited to support the schools and local community here. We invite everyone to come and try our subs while supporting a great cause!”
Guests can place takeout orders in-store or for pickup through the website or through the Jersey Mike’s app. Additionally, delivery is available in most areas through the Jersey Mike’s app or through third-party delivery partners. Curbside pickup is available for orders placed in Jersey Mike’s app.
Jersey Mike’s premium meats and cheeses are sliced on the spot and piled high on in-store baked bread. Jersey Mike’s fans crave their subs made Mike’s Way® with the freshest vegetables – onions, lettuce and tomatoes – topped off with an exquisite zing of “the juice,” red wine vinegar and an olive oil blend. Authentic cheesesteaks are grilled fresh.
Gillmann said they are looking for individuals interested in career opportunities with extraordinary growth potential to join their team. Candidates who are passionate about customer service and connecting with their local community are invited to apply by emailing jmstonypoint@gmail.com.
