Responsibilities
- Performs any and all functions connected with the storage and distribution of inventory supplies
- Loads replenishment/Exchange Carts per pre-arranged schedule, returning all delivery carts to storeroom
- Documents all items delivered to units on green bar sheets that are turned in daily for proper recording
- Stores products in a neat and orderly fashion
- Re-stocks and maintains orderly work area assigned in storeroom on a daily basis
- Ability to perform inquiry functions, using the hospital information system to expedite deliveries and requests
- Participates in quality improvement teams taking an active role towards fulfillment of teams
- Performs such other duties as may be assigned, and in whatever capacity necessary as directed from time to time
