West Nyack, NY – Supervisor George Hoehmann, along with Council members Mike Graziano and Pat Carroll, celebrated the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new turf infield at Joe Medler Field in Germonds Park. This significant upgrade addresses long-standing drainage issues that previously rendered the grass infield unplayable after rain.
The newly constructed turf field represents the town’s commitment to enhancing recreational facilities for its residents. The improved field will provide a reliable and safe playing surface for West Nyack and Clarkstown teams, ensuring that games can proceed regardless of weather conditions.
