On 8/6/22 at approximately 1820 Hours, dispatch received a call of a motorcycle vs. vehicle accident at the intersection of Picariello Drive and Rella Avenue. The operator of the motorcycle, who is identified as Gregory Carter 38 years old of Haverstraw, was pronounced deceased on the scene by Paramedics.
