A Clarkstown construction company owner has been indicted by a Rockland County Grand Jury on Grand Larceny and Insurance Fraud charges. District Attorney Tom Walsh says 51 year-old Anthony Frascone, owner of Alpha-Omega in Congers, is accused of giving false information to workers’ compensation insurance for his employees. Frascone’s attorney told The Journal News he denied all the charges, noting the case is “highly technical” and there was no criminal intent. He is due back in court February 1st.
