The number of people applying to be police officers in Rockland County is down, and as such Rockland’s top cop is encouraging people to sign up. The test is being given at the end of September but the deadline to file to take the test is this Wednesday. Rockland County Sheriff Lou Falco says they’re looking for people between the ages of 20 and 35 to take the test and fill the 75-100 openings that are expected to be available…
