Rockland schools were disrupted this morning by weather issues, some schools went remote, including East Ramapo and Suffern, some cancelled outright, including Clarkstown, Nanuet, North Rockland and BOCES, and Nyack, Pearl River and South Orangetown were on a 2-hour delay. Stony Point supervisor Jim Monaghan says his police had to go out last night to warn residents to keep their cars off the road overnight…
Monaghan says the police do not want to give out summonses or have to tow cars off the street but says that could happen if the situation warrants it.
