The Rockland County Office of Buildings and Codes has busted a Spring Valley business for operating as an illegal nightclub. The county says Sharp Shirt Printing located at 42 Grove Street charged admission for illegal night-time parties at night that included dancers, alcohol, and “hookahs,” or water pipes used to for smoking. The operators face at least 10 hazardous code violations, including violation of use and occupancy, operating without a construction permit, and blocked exits. They are known to local authorities and has been cited twice since August 2021 but failed to appear for their court appearances.
