Ramapo, NY – Supervisor Michael Specht and the Town of Ramapo recently hosted a School Bus Safety training class at Ramapo Town Hall. Organized by the Community Outreach Center, the event was led by expert safety instructors and attracted a large turnout of local school bus drivers, all eager to learn and share best practices for ensuring the safety of their young passengers and pedestrians.
The event featured remarks from several key figures, including Supervisor Specht, Police Chief Daniel Hyman, Rabbi Hersh Horowitz of the Community Outreach Center, and members of the Ramapo Police Department. Supervisor Specht highlighted the town’s ongoing commitment to safety, stressing the importance of such training sessions in protecting the community’s children.
