Specht enjoys meeting with Dolan

Cardinal Timothy Dolan and Supervisor Michael Specht enjoyed meeting at Boulders Stadium where Cardinal Dolan threw out the first ceremonial pitch at the NY Boulders vs.the NJ Jackals baseball game.
